Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will be held on Monday, October 2, 2023, at the conference venue at 18:00.

Banquet Dinner

The Banquet Dinner will be held on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at Only You Hotel (9th Floor, Plaza Rodrigo Botet 5, Valencia) at 20:00.

Historical Site Visit

The visit at the Capilla de San Nicolas (C/ dels Cavallers, 35, Valencia) will be held on Tuesday October 3, 2023 at 18.30 (duration - 20 minutes).

Please note that there is a maximum capacity for this visit. Available slots will be given for those already registered delegates on a first-come first-served basis. The congress does not provide transportation to get to the visit.

Technical Visit

The visit to the Membrane Cable Roof of Levante Stadium be held on Wednesday October 4, 2023 at 16.00 (duration - 1 hour).

Please note that the transportation will be provided from the conference venue to the Stadium and from the Stadium to the city center. Further details will be communicated soon.

Coffee breaks and Lunch Breaks

Additionally, during the conference, we will be offering Coffee Breaks as well as Lunch Breaks at the Conference Venue from October 2 to October 4, 2023.
