Registration Fees

Registration fees are expressed in Euro. Early registration applicable if paid before June 15, 2023.

Only online payments will be accepted

ECCOMAS, IACM and IASS members will have a 5% deduction on the delegates fees. To apply, please submit to the conference secretariat a written proof (downloadable form) of being a current member of one of the National Associations affiliated to IACM and/or ECCOMAS.

Registration fees will include:

Categories A and B: Conference documentation, access to conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, reception and banquet.
The Conference banquet will take place October 3, 2023.

Category C: Conference documentation, access to conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches and reception.

Accompanying person: (Welcome Cocktail and Gala dinner): 100 Euros. The fee is available in the registration process.

Final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the speaker during the advance period.

Student registration: Student rate attendees must send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. For on-line payment, please print the confirmation of the bank. No other confirmation will be sent.

Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 100 Euro if the refund request is received in writing by June 15, 2023. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).

There will be no refund to the author registrants.
